I understand that registering reserves a spot in the tennis lesson program. Because space is limited and the instructors contracted, cancellations may not be refunded after May 30th.
I understand that Todd Edwards and/or Ptarmigan Country Club reserve the right to cancel any class, program or to change fees where applicable.
I understand that missed lessons cannot be made up, and refunds are not issued.
I understand that I and/or my child may be photographed while participating in Todd Edward’s programs and that the photographs/ images may appear in marketing or educational materials.
I agree to assume all liability for my child/children while attending any program managed by Todd Edwards for Ptarmigan Country Club. I further agree to hold harmless Todd Edwards or any staff for any complications or injury that may result to my child/children or to me while at Ptarmigan Country Club.
